Once your order is purchased, item(s) will be shipped next business day and should arrive within 2-5 business days. Items are shipped using priority mail or first class mail depending on weight of package. If you are ordering a pre-order or a custom tee, please allow 5-7 business days for production (unless stated otherwise on the item).
The merchandise must be RECEIVED at the address below within 14 CALENDAR days of the confirmed delivery date as provided by the Delivery Confirmation receipt. If you have fragile items, you will want to consider insurance as well. It is your responsibility to get returned items back to us in NEW condition. Upon inspection and verification of time frame, we will issue a store credit! (No Refunds)
Unfortunately, since all shirts are hand printed to order, we do not issue refunds. Although we would be happy to exchange it for a different size or style!
Returns will not be accepted if the merchandise is not received in new, unworn condition, and free of smells.
Paris Glam will not issue a credit for returns after the specified date.
Please make yourself aware of this policy as we do not do cash back!
That being said, all sale/clearance/flash sale items, and custom tees are FINAL SALE!
For items eligible for return they must be:
Shipped back using USPS/UPS/Fedex with a paper copy of invoice/store e-receipt inside
Once the return has been received on our end, an e-gift card will be emailed to you within 2 business days. The original shipping cost for your package along with the shipping cost to return the package will not be refunded. Only the amount for the item/s will be refunded.
We are not responsible for items lost on the way to us to be returned so we advise getting a tracking number for your package.

Order is Lost:
We understand sometimes things get lost. However, once we drop your order off at the post office, it is out of our hands. We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items made by the post office. We will definitely work with you to try and figure out how to reorder your items but we cannot 100% replace it due to post office mistakes. All of our packages will come with tracking!
If you receive any store credit, it must be used within 3 months of the date you received it! FYI: The website only allows you to spend over the amount of the store credit.
We do NOT allow you to stack discounts.
